Will South African hopes to build six ocean-side nuclear-power plants collapse -- because of its black-racist job-laws? March 10 2012. This week's mind-blowing news was the announcement that South Africa will be galloping 'to the rescue of the struggling nuclear industry'. The ruling ANC/Communists are once again, regurgitating their old plans for their so yearned-for ocean-side chain of six ocean-side pebble-bed nuclear reactors:
Can top-educated, experienced nuclear scientists and skilled nuclear-engineers for those proposed local sea-side nuclear reactors be found in your average local township?
SA energy minister Dipuo Peters said in her budget proposal they were ‘planning to put out yet another tender for one of the world's biggest atomic power deals." She added that this was ‘no thumb-suck’ - they hoped to “open the bidding in the next few months for 9600 MW of nuclear power - or about the normal output of six reactors”. She commented: “Africa's largest economy is operating on razor thin electricity margins and needs the power to grow its energy-intensive mining sector and manufacturing. Potential bidders are likely to include Areva, EDF, Toshiba's Westinghouse Electric Corp, China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group, South Korea's Korea Electric Power Corp (Kepco) and Russia's Rosatom. In her budget proposal, she “penciled in 300 billion Rand for the nuclear build, but the figure was just the start.”
Potential bidders and investors must ask the regime just one very important question: will the nuclear scientists and –engineers running those nuclear reactors, and the people building these sophistoricated plants, also be subjected to the strangling black-racist SA job-restrictions laid down by the country's ruling Troika's 'black economic empowerment' dictates? And investors must also be made aware that the ANC-regime is notorious for its failure to keep its promises – not even keeping the solemn promises in their internationally much-praised constitution. Water supplies grossly polluted only due to the firing of 9,000 skilled white water-engineers under the black-economic-empowerment laws:
The insanity of these black-racist job-restriction laws can be seen in its devastating effects on the South African environment right now: in fact these black-racist laws are already putting the nation's health at great risk due to the mass-firing of 9,000 highly-skilled, experienced white water-engineers, and replacing them with unskilled black Africans with ‘job-rights entitlements’.
These new workers - a survey found -- were so illiterate that the Water authorities had to issue a Cartoon Instruction Manual, replacing the words and technical instructions with cartoon-pictures. The incompetence of this small army of unskilled, untrained ‘water-management workers’ are the main cause for the steady collapse and mass-pollution of the country's very fragile and scarce fresh-water resources: more than 90% of all the sewerage-reticulation plants have already become permanently disabled since 1994 and its fresh water so badly polluted that thousands of deaths are the result of preventable water-borne diseases such as cholera.
Foreign investors for this latest nuclear-plant tender will undoubtedly also be keenly aware of the ongoing plight of Japan’s nuclear-reactor programme. They must be aware that even the Japanese people – amongst the most sophisticated, best-educated and meticulous, mathematically-minded people on earth -- are proving how excruciatingly difficult it is to get its own out-of-control nuclear power plants back into its Pandora's Box.
Yet now South Africa – a country with stringent laws under which peple MUST be hired not for their proven job-skills, but for their black-African racial purity -- will 'come to the rescue of the struggling nuclear industry?"
One can only hope that those international investors will not rush in, but to first first carefully examine the racial lunacy which now rules South Africa's labour-policies and its already devastating impact on the environment:

This is not a thumb-suck? Actually it is: the ANC/SACP-regime will not drop the strangling demands of its black-racist job laws:Under SA’s BEE-laws, ‘black-African racial purity’ is rapidly now becoming the main job-requirement:
Just a small example of this racial job-rights lunacy can be seen in the battle for jobs which has erupted around the new, 200-bed Khayelitsha hospital in the sprawling black township south of Cape Town: where locals in the black-African township demand to be given these jobs, purely based on their ‘racial entitlement’ rights. This battle has been raging since 2009 and earlier this year, soldiers were even called in to patrol the streets of Khayelitsha.
