UPDATE: The FW de Klerk foundation is lodging a hatespeech complaint through Human Rights Council against black Rev Kemo Immanual Waters for his call to kill 'a material number of whites" 

• And DA leader Helen Zille also lodged a criminal hatespeech charge at the SAPS 

Jan 10 2012 - "The F W de Klerk Foundation wishes to condemn in the strongest terms the message recently broadcast on Twitter by Kemo Immanuel Waters calling for white South Africans to be killed. According to Waters' message "The only way to end racism is to kill a material number of whites" (details below). There is a strong possibility that Waters - a DJ and self-proclaimed  religious leader -  is simply seeking publicity. However, in our complex multicultural and multiracial society we simply cannot afford any actions and statements by anyone  that might lead to inter-racial violence. The Constitution quite rightly prohibits and use of freedom of expression to incite imminent violence or to advocate hatred that is based on race, ethnicity, gender or religion and that constitutes incitement to cause harm. The Foundation will lodge a formal complaint regarding Waters' statement with the Human Rights Commission.

Self-described ‘truth seeker’ and claiming to be an emerging living legend, a dj and self-proclaimed preacher  who calls himself  Rev Kemo Immanuel Waters, (@RevKemoWaters ) --  tweets at midnight on January 7 2012:

“The only way to end racism is to kill a material number of whites’.
He then continues the same tweet by addressing Democratic Alliance opposition leader Helen Zille, writing:

• “your indifferent and patronizing stance is a double-dare…’

And he continues twittering after he receives complaints:


Jan 7 2012: 8:56am: “Just like Malcolm X, I do not advocate for killing. However, freedom from racism should be prioritized and sought 'by any means necessary'

Claiming a higher education from amongst others Rand Afrikaans university, and obviously a well-educated man with 2,427 friends on his face book page, his pearls of wisdom include:

 He’s also seems to be convinced that despite the facts that his own tribal leaders have been running the country since 1994, he’s still ‘disadvantaged’ – which also is the main theme in most of the ANC regime’s own propaganda. He noted:
